Upon my phone interaction and in-person meeting with Topanga Properties, I feel compelled to write a review contrasting the previous reviewer’s description of “Anne” – (her name is actually Anne-Christine). I emailed on a Sunday via Zillow about an interesting property, only a few hours later Anne-Christine called me about setting up a time to view the spot. Her phone etiquette was nothing but gracious and professional, as we arranged for a viewing at 10 a.m. the following morning. My and my fiance’s experience with her could not have been more pleasant. She guided us to the property up a precariously windy road and told us every possible thing we could have wished to know about the area, the neighbours, and is a bonafide expert on Topanga as a multiple decade resident. She is also very very French in the most charming of ways. I would highly recommend dealing with Anne-Christine for Topanga real estate needs. She brings a certain je ne sais quoi to the experience (to be incredibly cliche about it!)
